III. Discounts

1. Bonuses:

5 % discount for all guests of hotel complex “Iberostar Obzor Beach - Izgrev”, Golden Sands resort from the New Years Holidays 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 or 2009, with unlimited term for booking and reservation!
In the reservation the guests should note which New Year they have celebrated in the hotel complex.

5 % discount for all guests of hotel complex “Iberostar Obzor Beach - Izgrev”, Golden Sands resort from the Easter Holidays 2010, with unlimited term for booking and reservation!

* The above stated discounts are combinable.

** The guests should note in the reservation form due discount / otherwise it won’t be calculated in accounts /.

*** For a stay of 2 / weekend packet /, 7, 10 or 14 overnights the price include pointed number of free procedures, optional from the following: partial massage, pearl bath, sauna, steam bath, fitness, facial mask.

1.1. In case the payment is not effected in the stated terms, the hotel complex will cancel the reservation without notification. Full payment should be made latest before the day of the arrival of the tourists – valid for reservations, made in the last 3 days before arrival. Otherwise the accommodation will not be provided.

* Combinable with group discounts.

2. Group discounts / minimum 25 people /:

2.1. 5 % discount from the prices in the rate offer;

2.2. Every 25 full paying guests - 1 free bed in double room provided / i.e. the 26 person is free of charge /.

* Combinable with early bookings discounts and bonuses.

3. We grant free use of a pointed number of procedures for all guests over 15 years old, per person, optional as follows:

3.1. At a stay from:

- Weekend packet / 2 nights – Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday / - 1 procedure for the entire stay;
- At a stay from 7 to 9 nights – 3 procedures for the entire stay;
- At a stay from 10 to 13 nights – 4 procedures for the entire stay;
- At a stay from 14 to 20 nights – 6 procedures for the entire stay.

3.2. The free procedures are optional from the following:

- Partial massage;
- Bath;
- Steam bath;
- Sauna;
- Fitness;
- Facial mask.

* The guests may combine the above stated procedures and to choose the days when they will avail of the procedures after an advance reservation in the Medical SPA center in accordance with the available times for a certain procedure.

** The use of the free procedures in the Medical SPA center to hotel complex Iberostar Obzor Beach – Izgrev is valid only for people over 15 years old. The above stated services are personal could be used after an advance reservation by telephone or reservation on spot at the information of the Medical SPA center in accordance to the available times for the certain procedure.

*** In a case of missed appointment or delay of more than 10 minutes from the preliminary booked time for procedure a new appointment should be made in accordance to the available times for the certain procedure.

4. Double room discounts:

4.1. Children up to 2 years of age are accommodated at the hotel complex free of charge;

4.2. Child aged 2 – 12,99, accommodated on an extra bed in a double room with two adults – free of charge. Only one child may be accommodated under such conditions.

4.3. Adult with 1 or 2 children aged 2-12,99 in a double room: children aged 2-12,99 use 50% discount and the adult pays the price per bed in a double room;

4.4. 2 children aged 2-12,99 on regular beds in a double room: 25% discount from the price per bed in a double room;

4.5. 3rd adult on an extra bed in a double room uses 20 % discount from the price per bed in a double room.

5. Discounts for apartment:

Two adults with one or two children /aged 2 – 12,99 / in an apartment receive the following discounts:

5.1. A child, accommodated on an extra bed in the adults’ bedroom – free of charge.

5.2. A child, accommodated in the living room of the apartment – 50 % discount from the price per bed in an apartment;

5.3. The reservation should state where the children would be accommodated in the apartment – in the living room or in the adults’ bedroom.

5.4. 3rd adult on an extra bed in an apartment receives 20 % discount from the price per bed in an apartment.

5.5. Accommodation of 2 adults and 2 children / aged 2 – 12,99 /in one-bedroom apartment, children use 70 % discount / each pay 30 % /from the adult’s rate.

N.B. !

1. The guests should note in the reservation the relevant discount otherwise it wouldn’t be calculated in invoices.

IV. Prices on All inclusive + / All+ / include:

1. Beverages - Bulgarian non-alcoholic drinks in appointed establishments of the hotel complex:

- 07:30 – 02:00 – Bulgarian non-alcoholic drinks;
- 09:30 – 02:00 – Bulgarian alcoholic drinks.

2. Meals - in appointed establishments of the hotel complex:

2.1. Main restaurant “Izgrev” - variety of dishes on buffet from Bulgarian and International cuisine:

- 07:30 – 10:00 - breakfast;
- 12:30 – 14:00 - lunch;
- 18:00 – 21:00 - dinner - show cooking, carving, thematic evenings in appointed days of the week - Bulgarian national cuisine, Italian cuisine, Spanish cuisine, Russian cuisine, German cuisine, Sea food;
- 22:30 – 02:00 - late light dinner

2.2. Light breakfast /snack - in appointed establishments of the hotel complex:

- 10:00 – 17:00

3. Mini bar in the room, replenished once daily from 10:00 till 15:30 with Bulgarian beer, Bulgarian soft drinks and mineral water.

4. Opportunity for replacement of a dinner / 1 time per a week /, with previous request at:

- Thematic a la cart restaurant “Mediterraneo” of the hotel complex offering Italian cuisine;

- Snack bar at the beach– Bulgarian national cuisine;

5. Rich and varied daily and nightly entertainment program for all ages and tastes.

7. Indoor swimming pool of the hotel complex and the sun-beds surrounding it are free of charge.

8. Wireless Internet on the territory of the foyer and lobby bar.

VII. Conditions for accommodation

1. The tourists may be accommodated at either of the two hotels of the hotel complex depending on their occupancy.

2. Options for accommodation in double rooms / two regular and one extra bed /:

2.1. 3 adults
2.2. 2 adults + 1 child
2.3. 1 adult + 2 children
2.4. 3 children

3. Options for accommodation in family room / two double rooms with connecting door, each of them with a separate entrance – four regular and two extra beds / - identical with the options for accommodation in two double rooms.

3.1. Minimum price for family room is the price for 3 full paying tourists.

4. Options for accommodation in one bedroom apartment: / two regular and two extra beds/:

4.1. Minimum 1 people

4.2. Maximum 4 people

4.3. Apartments are sold after written confirmation by the hotel complex.

4.4. Minimum price for one bedroom apartment is the price for 2 full paying persons.

5. Options for accommodation in two bedroom apartment: / two regular and two extra beds/:

5.1. Minimum 2 people

5.2. Maximum 6 people

5.3. Apartments are sold after written confirmation by the hotel complex.

5.4. Minimum price for one bedroom apartment is the price for 4 full paying persons.

*The beds in the rooms of the hotel complex are not king size type. It is possible to move and join the beds.

VIII. Common conditions:

1. Reservations to be confirmed up to 3 days after their receipt, as the guest should observe the following conditions:

Option 1: 50 % payment of the booked services required 5 days after the confirmation of the booking. The rest 50 % of the amount should be paid 3 days prior to the client’s arrival date.

Option 2: 100 % payment of the booked services required 5 days after the confirmation of the booking.

In case the payment is not effected in the stated terms, the hotel complex will cancel the reservation without notification. Full payment should be made latest before the day of the arrival of the tourists – valid for reservations, made in the last 3 days before arrival. Otherwise the accommodation will not be provided.

The guests should send to the hotel complex a copy of payment order with which instructs its bank to remit a corresponding amount to the bank account of the hotel complex on the same day. All bank fees and expenses on bank transfers are on the account of the guest.

3. Cancellations: Cancellations will be made in written from the guest in the following terms:

For High season: 7 days prior to arrival date of the guests;

For Middle seasons I, II and: : 5 days prior to arrival date of the guests;

For Low season: 3 days prior to arrival date of the guests.

In case of cancellation outside the specified terms the hotel complex keeps the right to invoice 3 nights on the booked board basis for every booked, but not occupied bed.

3.1. In case of cancellation as per the Hot, Golden Autumn and Super Golden Autumn offer the hotel complex reserves the right to deduct penalty amounting to 20% of the amount paid.

4. No show: In case of „No show” the tour operator pays 3-nights per person as per booked conditions for accommodation.

IX. Other conditions:

We inform you that according to the standards of “Iberostar” hotel chain:

1. There is obligatory dress-code: Long trousers for gentlemen required during dinner;

2. Carrying out of food and drinks from the restaurant is not allowed;

3. Reserving of sun-beds around the swimming pool is not allowed - the towels, left out to reserve sun-beds are collected by the swimming pool staff;

4. Pets are not allowed.

X. Balneo-programs valid for the period from 15.03.2010 till 31.10.2010.
