Thank you for your interest in our ”Obzor Beach – Izgrev” hotel complex, Golden Sands Resort.

We provide to your attention our OFFER for accommodation in season SUMMER 2012 in “Obzor Beach – Izgrev” hotel complex, Golden Sands Resort.

I. OFFER for accommodation in the period 01.04.2012 – 31.10.2012, except the period of the Special Easter offer / 12.04.2012 – 16.04.2012 incl. / and the period of the May Holidays / 28.04.2012 – 09.05.2012 incl. / :

1. Prices in BGN / incl. VAT, insurance and community tax /per person, per day

For your information EUR 1 = BGN 1.95

* Supplements are over the rates for HB or All+ as per point 1.

1.1. Reservations are confirmed by the hotel up to 3 days after their receipt. Reservations that do not contain the names of the tourists will not be processed.

1.2. Minimum price for family room is the price for 3 full paying tourists.

1.3. Minimum price for one bedroom apartment is the price for 2 full paying tourists.

1.4. Minimum price for two bedroom apartment is the price for 4 full paying tourists /provided on exception /.

*Apartments are sold after written confirmation by the hotel complex.

1.5. In the event of unforeseen changes in legislation concerning the activity of the Hotelier and leading to changes in economic and financial environment in the country, hotel complex reserves the sole right to update offered prices.

II. WEEKEND PACKETS for the period 01.04.2012 – 31.10.2012 :

1. Prices in BGN/ incl. VAT, insurance and community tax /, per person, for weekend packet of 2 overnights / Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday /. Prices are valid only when and arrival and departure of the tourist is during the weekend.

For your information EUR 1 = BGN 1.95

* Valid discounts for early bookings, which are combinable with discounts for guests from the New Year Holidays 2004 – 2009 and Easter Holidays 2012.

1.1. Supplement for lunch on buffet – BGN 20 / person.

*Supplement in point 1.1 is over the prices for НВ – half board / overnights, breakfast and dinner /.

The price for Weekend packet / 2 overnights – Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday / includes one free procedure for the stay, per person, optional from pre-approved list at the information of Medical SPA centre of the hotel complex - see paragraph IV., 4.2.

III. CONDITIONS FOR ACCOMMODATION

1. Accommodation is in both hotels of “Obzor Beach - Izgrev” hotel complex, depending on their occupancy.

2. Options for accommodation in double room / 2 regular beds and 1 extra bed /:

• 3 adults
• 2 adults + 1 child
• 1 adult + 2 children
• 3 children

* Accommodation of 2 adults + 2 children in a double room is allowed in exceptional cases and only after prior written agreement and at specified prices from hotel complex. Not accepted future claims on space and comfort.

3. Options for accommodation in family room / two double rooms with interconnecting door, each with separate entrance and bath - with 4 regular beds and 2 extra beds / - identical to the options for accommodation in two double rooms:

• Minimum price for family room is the price for 3 full paying tourists.

4. Options for accommodation in one bedroom apartment / 2 regular beds and 2 extra beds /:

• Minimum - 1 person
• Maximum – 4 persons
• Minimum price for one bedroom apartment is the price for 2 full paying tourists.

5. Options for accommodation in two bedroom apartment / 4 regular beds and 2 extra beds :

• Minimum - 2 person
• Maximum – 6 persons
• Minimum price for two-bedroom apartment is the price for 4 full paying tourists.

*The beds in the rooms of the hotel complex are not king size type. It is possible to move and join the beds.

IV. DISCOUNTS

1. Special offers

1.1. Free are the last days of the stay.

1.2. Combinable with Early bookings discount and bonuses!

* The guests should note in the reservation the relevant discount otherwise it wouldn’t be calculated in invoices.

1.3. For stays of 7 nights or more the price includes a number of free procedures for the stay, per person optional from a pre-approved list at the information in Medical SPA centre of the hotel complex - see paragraph IV., 4.2.

2. Discounts for early bookings and bonuses:

2.1. In case the payment is not effected in the stated above terms, the hotel complex will cancel the reservation without notification.

* Combinable with Special offers.

2.2. Do not accept changes to reservations with early booking discounts, once the names of the tourists have been sent. If any change, it will be considered a new booking and will be confirmed by the hotel upon availability and will be calculated on the basic price under offer, without discount.

3. After request by your side for groups of at least 25 people, we can offer special discounts.

4. We grant free use of a pointed number of procedures in Medical SPA center to the hotel complex per person, optional as follows:

4.1. At a stay from:

- Weekend packet / 2 nights – Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday / - 1 procedure for the entire stay;
- At a stay from 7 to 9 nights – 2 procedures for the entire stay;
- At a stay from 10 to 14 nights – 3 procedures for the entire stay;
- At a stay from 15 to 21 nights – 4 procedures for the entire stay.

4.2. Free procedures are optional from pre-approved list at the information of Medical SPA centre to the hotel complex.

* The guests may combine the above stated procedures and to choose the days when they will avail of the procedures after an advance reservation in the Medical SPA centre in accordance with the available times for a certain procedure.

** The use of the free procedures in the Medical SPA center to hotel complex Obzor Beach – Izgrev is valid only for people over 15 years old. The above stated services are personal could be used after an advance reservation by telephone or reservation on spot at the information of the Medical SPA centre in accordance to the available times for the certain procedure.

*** In a case of missed appointment or non-observation of the preliminary booked time for procedure a new appointment should be made in accordance to the available times for the certain procedure.

5. For all guests who have booked in advance online 5 or 10 days program at the Medical SPA centre of „Obzor Beach – Izgrev” hotel complex we grant additional special discount from the price for accommodation as follows:

- 5 % discount from the price for accommodation at booking 5 days program in the Medical SPA centre;
- 10 % discount from the price for accommodation at booking 10 days program in the Medical SPA center.

* Combinable with all other discounts as per this offer and additionally provided stimulations for accommodation in season 2012, as the special discount to be deducted from the total amount of the reservation.

** The pointed special discount is valid for tourists who have booked programs in advance online, but not on spot after their arrival.

*** Please note the special discount on the tourists’ reservation. Inform us if there are any specific features in the way it will be noted on the reservation to avoid problems with accounts.

6. Double room discounts:

6.1. Children up to 2 years of age are accommodated at the hotel complex free of charge;

6.2. Child aged 2 – 12,99, accommodated on an extra bed in a double room with two adults – free of charge. Only one child may be accommodated under such conditions.

6.3. 1 adult with 1 or 2 children aged 2-12,99 in a double room: children aged 2-12,99 use 50% discount and the adult pays the price per bed in a double room;

6.4. 2 children aged 2-12,99 on regular beds in a double room: 25% discount from the price per bed in a double room;

6.5. 3rd adult on an extra bed in a double room uses 20 % discount from the price per bed in a double room.

7. Discounts for family room:

7.1. Children up to 2 years of age are accommodated at the hotel complex free of charge;

7.2. Children aged 2 – 12,99 on extra beds in a family room – free of charge. Only two children may be accommodated under such conditions;

7.3. Children aged 2-12,99 on regular beds in a family room use 25 % discount from the price per bed in a family room;

7.4. An adult on extra bed in a family room uses 20 % discount from the price per bed in a family room.

8. Discounts for one bedroom apartment:

Two adults with one or two children /aged 2 – 12,99 / in an apartment receive the following discounts:

8.1. A child, accommodated on an extra bed in the adults’ bedroom – free of charge.

8.2. A child accommodated in the living room of the apartment –50 % discount from the price per bed in an apartment;

* The reservation should state where the children would be accommodated in the apartment – in the living room or in the adults’ bedroom.

8.3. 3rd adult on an extra bed in an apartment receives 20 % discount from the price per bed in an apartment.

8.4. Accommodation of 2 adults and 2 children / aged 2 – 12,99 /in one-bedroom apartment, children use 70 % discount / each pay 30 % /from the adult’s rate.

9. Discounts for two bedrooms apartment:

• Identical to the discounts for one bedroom apartment; apartments are provided exceptionally and only on request and after written confirmation of a price from hotel complex.

N.B.

1. The guests should note in the reservation the relevant discount otherwise it wouldn’t be calculated in invoices.

V. ADDITIONAL SERVICES

1. Free services:

1.1. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools of the hotel complex and the sun-beds and parasols surrounding them ;

1.2. Wireless Internet on the territory of the foyer, lobby bar and Animation Bar;

1.3. Baby cot;

1.4. Early “Check – in” after 10:00 or late “Check – out” till 17:00 - upon availability. Not valid for July and August.

* Take into account that the number of sun-beds and parasols around the swimming pools of “Obzor Beach – Izgrev” hotel complex is limited!

** The use of parasols, sun-beds and other beach facilities is charged as per the effective prices at the beach for the relevant period.

2. Paid services:

2.1. Medical-SPA center – care for your health and beauty, furnished with modern equipment from leading German Companies;

2.2. Deposit box at the reception desk;

2.3. Business center with internet / at the lobby of hotel “Obzor Beach”/;

2.4. Phone calls;

2.5. Mini bar – for guests on HB / half board /;

2.6. Billiard;

2.7. Table tennis;

2.8. Parking.

VI. PAYMENTS

1. Use one of the following options:

Option 1.: 50% payment of the booked services required within 5 days after the confirmation of the booking. In case the payment is not effected, the hotel complex will cancel the reservation without prior notice.

The remaining 50% of the amount should be paid within 3 days prior to client’s arrival date. Otherwise the accommodation will not be provided, and hotel complex deducts the first installment as a penalty.

For last minute reservations / up to 3 days before arrival / the full payment on the booking should be made only once in 100 % of the value of services booked not later than the date before the day of the tourists’ arrival.

Otherwise the accommodation will not be provided.

Option 2.: 100% payment of the booked services required within 5 days after the confirmation of the booking. In case the payment is not effected, the hotel complex will cancel the reservation without prior notice.

2. Amounts for tourist services provided by hotel complex should be transferred to the bank account pointed in the corresponding invoice.

3. The CLIENT should send a copy of the payment order, which instructs his bank to remit the respective amount to the bank account of hotel complex.

4. All fees and commissions for bank transfers are on the account of the client.

3. Cancellations:

1. Cancellation of reservations can be made at the latest, as follows:

- In Low season: 3 days before the arrival day;

- In Middle season I and II: 5 days before the arrival day;

- In High season: 1 week before the arrival of the tourists.

2. Change of name and/or period of stay will be considered a cancellation of the original reservation and a request for a new booking, which will be confirmed according to the availability of the hotel.

3. For groups the final rooming list should be sent not later than 14 days in high season and 7 days in middle and low season. Not be accepted later sent name / room / date, unless it is confirmed in written by the hotel complex.

4. If there is an advance payment for a reservation cancelled in the above mentioned timelines, hotel complex refunds the amounts, as fees and/or commissions for the bank transfers are on the account of the client.

5. If the above mentioned terms are not observed, 3 nights on the booked meal’s board will be charged.

VIII. No show:

In case of „No show”, the CLIENT is charged 3 nights on the booked meals board.

IX. OTHER CONDITIONS

1. Prices on All+ include:

1.1. Beverages - Bulgarian non-alcoholic drinks in appointed establishments of the hotel complex:

- 07:30 – 02:00 – Bulgarian non-alcoholic drinks;

- 09:30 – 02:00 – Bulgarian alcoholic drinks.

1.1.2. At breakfast: coffee; tea; cocoa; cappuccino; hot and cold milk; liquid fruit juice and table water.

1.1.3. At lunch and dinner: liquid non-alcoholic drinks, table water, soda and fruit juice; liquid beer; liquid wine – white and red; alcoholic cocktails; non-alcoholic cocktails; alcoholic drinks; coffee; tea; cocoa; cappuccino; hot milk.

1.2. Meals - in appointed establishments of the hotel complex:

1.2.1. Main restaurant “Izgrev” - variety of dishes on buffet from Bulgarian and International cuisine:

- 07:30 – 10:00 - breakfast;
- 12:30 – 14:00 - lunch;
- 18:00 – 21:00 - dinner - show cooking, carving, thematic evenings in appointed days of the week - Bulgarian national cuisine, Italian cuisine, Latin cuisine, Russian cuisine, fish delis;
- 22:30 – 02:00 - late light dinner

1.2.2. Light breakfast /snack - in appointed establishments of the hotel complex:

- 10:00 – 17:00

1.3. Mini bar in the room, replenished 1 time per day from 10:00 till 15:30 with Bulgarian beer, Bulgarian soft drinks and mineral water.

1.4. Opportunity for replacement of a dinner /once per week/, with previous request - in appointed establishments of the hotel complex.

1.5. Rich and varied daily and nightly entertainment program for all ages and tastes.

1.6. Special care for children in the Mini- / age 4-7 /, Maxi - / age 8-12 / and Teeny club / age 13-17 /, evening children disco.

1.7. The pools of the hotel complex and the sun beds surrounding them are free of charge.

1.8. Wireless Internet on the territory of the foyer and lobby bar.

1.9. Baby cot.

* Take into account that the number of parasols and sunbeds at the pools of the hotel complex is limited !

** The use of parasols, sunbeds and other beach facilities is charged as per the effective prices at the beach for the relevant period.

*** After 02:00 all drinks are paid.

**** All foods and drinks out of All inclusive+ menu are paid.

***** Carrying of meals and beverages out of the establishments of the hotel complex is extra charged.

****** On arrival every guest is informed about the services and establishments where the All inclusive+ is provided.

2. Prices on HB – half board / overnight, breakfast and dinner / include::

2.1. 07:30 – 10:00 – breakfast on buffet in the main restaurant “Izgrev” of the hotel complex.

2.2.18:00 – 21:00 – dinner in the main restaurant “Izgrev” - variety of dishes on buffet from Bulgarian and International cuisine on buffet, show cooking, carving, thematic evenings in appointed days of the week - Bulgarian national cuisine, Italian cuisine, Spanish cuisine, Russian cuisine, German cuisine, Fish delis.

2.3. Opportunity for replacement of a dinner / 1 time per a week / with previous request - in appointed establishments of the hotel complex.

2.4. Rich and varied daily and nightly entertainment program for all ages and tastes.

2.5. Special care for children in the Mini- / age 4-7 /, Maxi - / age 8-12 / and Teeny club / age 13-17 /, evening children disco.

3. Please be informed as follows :

- In “Obzor Beach & Izgrev” hotel complex there is an obligatory dress-code: Long trousers for gentlemen required during dinner. The guest service in swimwear is allowed only in facilities serving the pools and open sun terraces. Not acceptable walking on swimwear in the hotel complex. Not tolerate the entry into the restaurant with bags /except ladies handbags/;

- Carrying out of food and drinks from the restaurant is not allowed;

- Reserving of sunbeds around the swimming pool is not allowed - the towels, left out to reserve sunbeds are collected by the swimming pool staff;

- Pets are not allowed.

4. Please note, that hotel complex have a no smoking policy. Smoking will be allowed only in designated outdoor areas in the hotel complex.

X. Balneo-programs valid for the period from 01.04.2012 till 31.10.2012.
