We are pleased to present to you our MAY HOLIDAYS OFFER for the period 28.04.2012 – 09.05.2012 incl. / 12 nights / for accommodation in “Obzor Beach & Izgrev” hotel complex, Golden Sands Resort

For accommodation in the period from 28.04.2012 till 09.05.2012 incl. / 12 nights / are valid only the conditions of the MAY HOLIDAYS OFFER.

I. MAY HOLIDAYS OFFER for the period 28.04.2012 – 09.05.2012 incl. / 12 nights /

1. Rates in BGN / incl. VAT, insurance and community tax / per person, per day:

For your information EUR 1 = BGN 1.95

On request for group accommodation we could check the availability for offer based on HB /half board/.

1.1. In case of accommodation for more than 5 nights, including as well the period of the MAY HOLIDAYS OFFER, the guests use the following special discounts:

- For a 6-nights stay: 1 night is free of charge;
- For a 7-9-nights stay: 2 nights are free of charge;
- For a 10-12-nights stay: 3 nights are free of charge.

*Free of charge are the last days of the stay.

1.2. Supplement for family room – BGN 4.00 / person / day over the relevant type of accommodation.

1.3. Supplement for a sea view – BGN 12.00 / person / day.

*Supplements are over the rates in point 1.

1.4. Minimum price for a family room is the price for 3 full paying tourists.

1.5. Minimum price for one-bedroom apartment is the price for 2 full paying tourists.

1.6. Minimum price for two-bedroom apartment is the price for 4 full paying tourists /provides an exception/.

*Apartments are sold after written confirmation by the hotel complex.

II. CONDITIONS FOR ACCOMMODATION

The tourists may be accommodated at either of the two hotels of “Obzor Beach – Izgrev” hotel complex depending on their occupancy.

1. Options for accommodation in double rooms / 2 regular and 1 extra bed /:

- 3 adults

- 2 adults + 1 child

- 1 adult + 2 children

- 3 children

3. Options for accommodation in one-bedroom apartment: / 2 regular and 2 extra beds /:

- Minimum 1 person
- Maximum 4 persons
- Apartments are sold after written confirmation by the hotel complex.
- Minimum price of one bedroom apartment is the price for two full paying tourists.

4. Options for accommodation in two-bedroom apartment: / 4 regular and 2 extra beds /:

- Minimum 2 persons
- Maximum 6 persons
- Apartments are sold after written confirmation by the hotel complex.
- Minimum price of one bedroom apartment is the price for four full paying tourists

*The beds in the rooms of the hotel complex are not king size type. It is possible to move and join the beds.

III. DISCOUNTS

1. Double room discounts:

- Children up to 2 years of age are accommodated at the hotel complex free of charge;

- Child aged 2 – 12,99, accommodated on an extra bed in a double room with two parents– free of charge. Only one child may be accommodated under such conditions.

- 1 adult with 1 or 2 children aged 2-12,99 in a double room: children aged 2-12,99 use 50% discount and the adult pays the price per bed in a double room;

- 2 children aged 2-12,99 on regular beds in a double room: 25% discount from the price per bed in a double room;

- 3rd adult on an extra bed in a double room uses 20 % discount from the price per bed in a double room.

2. Discounts for family room

- Children up to 2 years of age are accommodated at the hotel complex free of charge;

- Children aged 2 – 12,99 on extra beds in a family room – free of charge. Only two children may be accommodated under such conditions;

- Children aged 2-12,99 on regular beds in a family room use 25 % discount from the price per bed in a family room;

- An adult on extra bed in a family room uses 20 % discount from the price per bed in a family room.

3. Discounts for apartment:

Two adults with one or two children /aged 2 – 12,99 / in an apartment receive the following discounts:

- A child, accommodated on an extra bed in the adults’ bedroom – free of charge. Only one child may be accommodated under such conditions;

- A child accommodated in the living room of the apartment – 50 % discount from the price per bed in an apartment;

*The reservation should state where the children will be accommodated in the apartment – in the living room or in the adults’ bedroom.

- 3rd adult on an extra bed in an apartment receives 20 % discount from the price per bed in an apartment.

- In case of accommodation of two adults with two children /aged 2 to 12,99/ in one bedroom apartment, the children receive 70% discount /30 % per child to be paid/ of the price per adult.

N.B.! The client should mark in the reservation the due discount, otherwise it will be not considered in the statements.

IV. ADDITIONAL SERVICES

1. Free services:

• Indoor swimming pool of the hotel complex and the sun-beds surrounding it ;
• Wireless Internet on the territory of the foyer, lobby bar and Animation Bar;
• Baby cot.

* Take into account that the number of sun-beds around the pool is limited !

** The use of parasols, sun beds and other beach facilities is charged as per the effective prices at the beach for the relevant period.

2. Paid services:

- Medical SPA centre – care for your health and beauty, furnished with modern equipment from leading German Companies;
- Deposit box at the reception desk;
- Phone calls;
- Billiard;
- Fitness;
- Table tennis;
- Parking.

V. PAYMENTS

1. Option 1: 50% payment of the booked services required within 3 days after the confirmation of the booking. In case the payment is not effected, the hotel complex will cancel the reservation without prior notice.

The remaining 50% of the amount should be paid within 3 days prior to the client’s arrival date. Otherwise the accommodation will not be provided, and the first installment is deducted as a penalty by the hotel complex.

Or

Option 2: 100% payment of the booked services required within 5 days after the confirmation of the booking. In case the payment is not effected, the hotel complex will cancel the reservation without prior notice.

2. CLIENT should send to the hotel complex a copy of payment order that instructs its bank to remit the respective amount to the bank account of the hotel complex on the same day. All bank fees and expenses on bank transfers are on the account of the CLIENT.

3. In case of cancellation the hotel complex will keep the already paid amount for the booked services as a penalty.

4. No show: In case of „No show” the client pays 1-night stay as per booked board.

VI. OTHER CONDITIONS

1. Reservations are confirmed up to 3 days after their receipt.

2. Prices All + include:

1. Beverages – Bulgarian non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks in appointed establishments of the hotel complex:

- 07:30 – 02:00 - Bulgarian non-alcoholic drinks;
- 09:30 – 02:00 – Bulgarian alcoholic drinks.

1.1. At breakfast: coffee; tea; cocoa; cappuccinо; hot and cold milk; liquid fruit juice and table water.

1.2. At lunch and dinner: liquid non-alcoholic drinks, table water, soda and fruit juice; liquid beer; liquid wine – white and red; alcoholic cocktails; non-alcoholic cocktails; alcoholic drinks; coffee; tea; cocoa; cappuccinо; hot milk.

2. MEALS - in appointed establishments of the hotel complex:

2.1. Main restaurant “Izgrev” – variety of dishes on buffet from Bulgarian and International cuisine:

- 07:30 – 10:00 часа - breakfast;
- 12:30 – 14:00 часа - lunch;
- 18:00 – 21:00 часа - dinner - show cooking, carving, thematic evenings in appointed days of the week - Bulgarian national cuisine, the Italian cuisine, the Latin cuisine, the Russian cuisine, fish delis;
- 22:30 – 02:00 часа - late light dinner;

Light breakfast / snack - in appointed establishments of the hotel complex:

- 10:00 – 17:00

3. Mini bar in the room, replenished 1 time per day from 10:00 till 15:30 with Bulgarian beer, Bulgarian soft drinks and mineral water.

4. Rich and varied daily and nightly entertainment program for all ages and tastes.

5. Special care for children in the Mini- /age 4-7/, Maxi - /age 8-12/ and Teeny Club /age 13-17/, evening children disco.

06.05.2012 – Holiday St. George lunch in “Izgrev” restaurant: a bouquet of fresh and special salads, delicious appetizers, roasted lamb garnished with drob sarma /minced lamb innards, cooked with rice and herbs/, liver soup, an assortment of meat and vegetarian Bulgarian dishes, a bounty of desserts and fruits.

** After 02:00 am - all drinks are paid.

** All meals and beverages not included in the All inclusive + are extra charged.

*** Carrying of meals and beverages out of the establishments of the hotel complex is extra charged.

**** On arrival every guest is informed about the services and establishments where the All inclusive+ is provided.

3. We would like to inform you that :

- In “Obzor Beach & Izgrev” hotel complex there is an obligatory dress-code: Long trousers for gentlemen required during dinner. The guest service in swimwear is allowed only in facilities serving the pools and open sun terraces. Not acceptable walking on swimwear in the hotel complex. Not tolerate the entry into the restaurant with bags /except ladies handbags/;

- Carrying out of food and drinks from the restaurant is not allowed;

- Reserving of sun beds around the swimming pool is not allowed - the towels, left out to reserve sun beds are collected by the swimming pool staff;

- Pets are not allowed.

4. Please note, that “Obzor Beach & Izgrev” hotel complex has a no smoking policy. Smoking will be allowed only in designed outdoor areas in the hotel.

VIII. Balneo and SPA programs, valid for the period from 28.04.2012 till 09.05.2012 incl.:

The Medical SPA Centre at “Obzor Beach & Izgrev” hotel complex is equipped with modern equipment of famous German companies. More than 80 procedures are offered here: laser and classical acupuncture, curative baths, massages, mud treatment, medical cosmetics, electric treatment, ultrasound, sauna, steam bath, fitness and etc. and the following balneoprograms: balneotherapy, thalassotherapy, anti-cellulite, longevity, aromatherapy, cosmetics, oxygen therapy, arthro-rheumatic, anti-stress. .

N.B.! The Balneo and SPA programs may be also used by guests not staying at the hotel complex.

For accommodation in the period from 28.04.2012 till 09.05.2012 incl. are valid only the conditions of the MAY HOLIDAYS OFFER.

This offer is valid for bookings from 15.12.2011 on accommodation in the period from 28.04.2012 till 09.05.2012.

Prices for accommodation in the period of the MAY HOLIDAYS OFFER combine with the prices in the different periods before / after the expiry dates of the MAY HOLIDAYS OFFER.
